In Q4 of 2017 I identified an emerging market for real estate signage. Efforts resulted in 120% increase of year-over-year sales in the real estate vertical. Here's how:

Identified key phrases and created landing page content. Utilized latent semantic indexing to weave keywords into the content. 

Generated rich content based on the real estate buyer persona. Installed Google Optimize an ran various A/B tests, including messaging and CTA copy.

 

Keyword ranking results on landing page (as of February 2019):

  • 141 keywords ranking #1-#3

  • 389 keywords ranking #4-#10

  • 2,200 keywords ranking in total

Digital Ad Distribution: 

Created prospecting and retargeting ads on Google Ads and Facebook. Optimized based on Google Analytics metrics and audience data. Identified the opportunities to best engage with prospects.

  • Overview: Exploratory campaign to measure effectiveness of social media efforts

  • Objective: Develop key benchmarks and KPIs for future campaigns

  • Outcome: Goal of campaigns was defined as the total number of marketing qualified leads
